Responsibilities

 

  • Deliver high quality service and support to customers.
  • Carry out routine maintenance, emergency repairs, installations and training for users of Waters LC/MS Systems.
  • Effective fault finding in areas of chemistry, mechanical and electronics
  • Effectively manage own calls, administration and inventory
  • Act in a pro-active manner with Sales to identify opportunities to further enhance customer success

Qualifications

 

To be Successful in this role You are likely to have the following competencies:

  • A High focus on delivering quality customer service
  • Drive and engagement to develop yourself and the team
  • Qualified to degree level in an engineering discipline, or equivalent level of experience
  • Life Science and/or chemical experience is favorable
  • A good communicator with a high level of customer focus
  • A keen interest and methodical approach to fault finding and problem solving

 

Travel:

  • You must hold a current passport and be prepared to travel abroad at short notice not only during working hours but also occasionally at weekends.
  • You must hold a valid driving license.
