Overview

As Sales Enablement Manager reporting to the Director of the European Product Marketing team, you will concentrate on understanding, planning, supporting and growing the Waters Separations Consumable Business across Europe, in close cooperation with the Sales Operations and the Market Segment Managers.

 

Responsibilities

Main responsibilities will include:

 

Tactical Plan Design and Execution - Develop and successfully implement a business plan to deliver the territories' revenue goal for the Waters separations consumables.

  • Work very closely with the Waters Consumables Sales operations to develop impactful actions.
  • To provide and deliver sales tools - for seminars, trade shows, scientific conferences, user meetings and on-site demos - to be used in collaboration with sales teams in sales situations.
  • Visit key customers and compile information to demonstrate the capacity of Waters separations consumables solutions.
  • To act as an Interface between the Corporate teams and the Sales Operations
  • To drive Corporate Waters separations consumables Marketing plans in Europe.
  • To analyse quarterly the European Waters separations consumables Business and measure achievement of budgeted goal.
  • Communication of business metrics to senior and executive management teams.
  • To support Corporate Teams to improve and develop winning products

Qualifications

  • Spoken and written fluency in English, an additional European language would be a plus
  • Willingness to travel 50% of her / his time
