Waters Romania SRL is currently seeking a Finance and Administration Lead to support our organization.  This position provides accounting, analysis and reporting support and is responsible for assisting operational directors with analyzing the business and support change through the strategic use of information


  • Responsible for statutory accounting review and reconciliations, statement filings and statutory reporting;
  • Responsible for month-end and year-end processes;
  • Responsible for Statutory related activities - prepare periodic filings with local authorities and make sure timely submission of required documents are maintained;
  • Analyze general ledger accounts and ensure correctness of accounting entries;
  • Ensure accuracy of accounts in accordance and compliance to internal policies;
  • Manage Statutory financial audits and Authorities’ inspections;

  • Interact with colleagues of all levels to resolve accounting related issues;
  • Manage the Administrative team and processes for the company;
  • Be part of a team who is continuously looking to improve and develop current procedures.



We are looking for a proactive, enthusiastic and self-motivated colleague in our Finance & Administrative department:

  • Candidate will have 8+ years of Accounting and/ or Finance experience, min. Bachelor degree in Accounting/ Finance/ Economics
  • Position requires applied solid knowledge of local regulations, internal controls, financial reporting and tax laws
  • Position requires advanced analytical skills along with organization, attention to detail and a commitment to quality/ timely output
  • Must be able to work closely in a team environment with all levels of an organization and have the communication skills and poise to do so effectively
  • A driven, self-starter who can initiate and complete projects in a timely manner
  • SAP experience preferred with advanced systems skills and Excel skills (pivots, v-lookups, automation techniques)
