As an In House Service Sales Account Manager, you will be responsible for growing Waters Service Business in the South UK initially. Key metrics of your success in this role will include your ability to develop sales leads into well qualified opportunities, and to deliver incremental after-market revenue. In this role, you will interface via the phone and email with end users, key decision makers, department heads, purchasing agents, technicians, and scientists. Effective customer relationship skills, commercial acumen and the ability to effectively negotiate and are crucial to succeeding in this role. A key competency will be the ability to collaborate with your colleagues across the entire Waters field service organisation.
