  • Front office work including handling the customer calls for overall TA office including supporting the sales and service staff for the tenders, quotes, customer communications,etc


  • Managing the front office including the telephone calls, posts and courier and incoming/outgoing documentation.
  • Managing the travel support for the entire local and international visiting TA staff including the ticket bookings, hotel reservations and other travel arrangements including customers who visit TA Bangalore office.
  • Support the Adminstration Manager for tender work for the sales business including maintaing the records and customer communication
  • Supporting the adminstration Manager for overall housekeeping of the TA office including the support for supervision of the internal vendors 


  • Three (3) year degree in Science or Commerce stream.
  • Knowledge of English (verbal and written) is a must. 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, specifically including an effective telephone presence and professional email correspondence.
  • Profieciency of shorthand is preferable 
  • Experience in all Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint). 
  • Must have a strong work ethic, positive attitude, and be ultra-responsive to internal and external customers.
