    Overview

    The APAC Market Development team is primarily responsible for identifying and managing business opportunities for the country organizations in this region.  As an integral part of this team, the role of Marketing Services is to provide strategic insights on tactics and projects execution on brand building, leads generation, etc.

    Responsibilities

    • Responsible for website maintenance, online campaign execution, social media, etc. make sure all digital platform monitored and support to get data analysis ready for digital reports, able to organize variety resources to meet KPI and achieve sustainable improvement. Follow approval process with OS HQ and ensuring the implementation of the Corporate Design Guidelines on all levels
    • Work closely with Online Experts at HQ to develop and support the online/web strategy for Greater China
    • Prepare market research to analyse competitor tendency and provide insights for business decisions
    • Work in close collaboration with the media team & HQ to optimize the strategy in terms of SEO recommendations
    • Manage the search budget within Media Budget
    • Identify search engine marketing business opportunities based on competitive research, industry data/trends and key performance metrics of current marketing campaigns
    • Act as the search subject expert, tying in social media marketing and content strategies to relevant networks
    • Build search engine volume and efficiency forecasts, making recommendations on keywords selection, liaising with the HQ and Local Agency
    • Propose and execute 360 degree digital campaign (social media, digital display, SEO/SEM) to promote brand website and we-boutique for e-commerce business.
    • Closely monitor e-commerce performance by providing insightful tracking and data analysis
    • Update latest trend in e-commerce such as competition's action, new e-commerce platform for industry nationally and internationally.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor degree in marketing, communications, journalism or related discipline. Majored in Public Relations, marketing is preferred
    • 6+ years marketing communication working experience in B2B/multi-national company/PR agency/marketing service agency
    • 5+ years digital marketing experience (includes Website, e-promotions, SEO/PPC etc.), experience on tele-marketing management will be a plus
    • Integrated digital marketing & media relationship management skill with proven track record is necessary
    • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic and deadline-driven environment
    • Fluent oral and written communication skills in Chinese & English
