We need a customer focused Validation specialist to develop and position the validation services we supply to meet customer needs and make them successful in this critical area. As part of a dynamic Northern Europe Professional services team you will be the go to specialist for Validation help and advice for the team and our customers.

 

If you are well versed in the regulatory framework that the pharmaceutical industry works within and have the  energy and vision to position, deploy and shape the validation services we can provide then we would like to speak to you.

 

Responsibilities

  • Delivering high level and quality advice to customers on the regulatory environment pertaining to their business and the positioning of Waters validation services to meet changing regulatory stipulations;
  • Chair customer workshops in fields such as data integrity and validation OQ/PQ. Will involve presentation and persuasion skills;
  • Create and maintain detailed validation documentation to the highest standards;
  • Internal resource for validation advice and assistance;
  • Maintain high level knowledge of external factors that affect validation services - effective internal and external networking required;
  • Assist in developing new validation services to meet customer needs and promote "customer success" in the field of validation services for informatics solutions ;
  • Adhering to Waters and customers relevant Health, Safety and Environment requirements when on site and as an individual employee;
  • Working effectively across the matrix structure of the business and within the Regional Professional Services Team to deliver customer focused projects;
  • Any other additional tasks consummate with the level and scope of the role as deemed by management of Waters.

 

 

Qualifications

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in Life Science discipline or Computer Science

 

Experience:

  • At least 5 years successful experience working within Pharmaceutical industry in a regulated environment;
  • A keen understanding of the Pharmaceutical industry regulatory landscape;
  • A demonstrated interest and experience working with Instrument focused analytical software within a regulated environment.
