To assist Waters’ Pacific service organisation in the installation, application & post service support of Waters products especially High Resolution Mass Spectrometry Solutions.
The individual will work closely with the Service Manager with responsibility for their product of expertise. They will develop excellent working relationships with Waters customer’s , business partners & service teams within the region, building on the close working relationship with the Perth Phenome Center , Singapore Solution Centre, Sales & Logistic Teams & to consistently deliver Premium Waters Renowned Services. It’s a must the individual demonstrates a strong focus on customer satisfaction as well as excellent technical and troubleshooting skills the incumbent will gain fruitful insights into this international service portfolio of a dynamic organization.
