    To assist Waters’ Pacific service organisation in the installation, application & post service support of Waters products especially High Resolution Mass Spectrometry Solutions.

    The individual will work closely with the Service Manager with responsibility for their product of expertise. They will develop excellent working relationships with Waters customer’s , business partners & service teams within the region, building on the close working relationship with the Perth Phenome Center , Singapore Solution Centre, Sales & Logistic Teams & to consistently deliver Premium Waters Renowned Services. It’s a must the individual demonstrates a strong focus on customer satisfaction as well as excellent technical and troubleshooting skills the incumbent will gain fruitful insights into this international service portfolio of a dynamic organization.



    • Provide Waters service support for Waters products incl. HRMS Solutions within SEA.
    • Provide total solution support to Waters customers, FSE’s & Business Partners within SEA.
    • To ensure that quality system procedures and Health & Safety standards are adhered to at all times.
    • Travel to customer's sites to perform Corrective and Preventive Maintenance for total solutions, as well as the installation/ post service support including upgrades when required.
    • To fulfil the yearly objectives set for this position, metrics monitored & reviewed monthly. (Further details will be provided during selection process.)
    • To maintain CIT databases and to ensure relevant CIT records are created and completed on all customer service visits in a timely manner.
    • To carry out corrective actions pertaining to hardware/software & applications, generating eFSR’s ensuring signed customer eFSR are submitted in a timely manner.
    • To monitor ones service bag and ensure minimum amount is on hand per quarterly stock review.
    • To participate in service meetings and discuss open CIT cases.
    • Ensure that all demonstration equipment and customer equipment under care receives its scheduled routine maintenance before PM due dates..


    • Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in Electronic / Electrical Engineering, Chemistry or a science related field
    • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in a similar position; advanced training in electronic, mechanical principles preferred
    • Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
    • Strong organizational & problem solving skills
    • Drive for Results, able to work independently, multi-task and prioritize based on business targets
