    Regional Sales Manager will be reporting to VP – India Sales & will be responsible for P&L of the region.


    1. Will have total responsibility for Sales in the given geographical area for directly selling company’s products and other equipments introduced by the company.
    2. Manage a highly dynamic and competent sales force, assign territories and accounts to Sales representatives in order to achieve sales targets within an allocated expenses budget.
    3. Additional responsibilities include sales administration, customer support, sales promotion and logistics
    4. Should be directly involved in all major accounts and prospects
    5. Development of new business opportunities in the region
    6. Co-ordinate with Service Department to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
    7. Responsible for the development and implementation of pre-sales support program for particular product ranges
    8. Should be aware of competitive products and services and provide technical advice and assistance to the Sales team.
    9. Responsible for execution of marketing programs in the assigned regions
    10. Establish and demonstrate high standard of performance and work culture.
    11. Maintain adequate market coverage by ensuring field sales staff including your travel in the field as per agreed norms.
    12. Prepare prompt and accurate sales documentation – to demonstrate the administrative skills necessary for the position and to perform these functions in a clear, neat, timely and accurate manner.
    13. Prepare key account support strategy in association with the service department and ensure its proper and timely implementation.




    • Technical background in LC , LCMS, Columns and consumables.
    • 15+ years of Sales & Marketing experience 
    • Experience in managing sales team and who can develop future high positional talent in the region
    • Excellent Communication and presentation skills
    • In-depth knowledge of Pharma, Food and chemical material market.
    • Must have experience of using sales tools eg: CRM or SAP.
    • Strategic insight as well as an operational ability
    • Decision making and influencing skills
    • Executing for Results
    • Education to a minimum Degree in Chemistry & Master Degree will be an added advantage.
