    Overview

    This position is within the Software Driver Development team in Brasov for Mass Spectometry Instruments offers a dynamic and collaborative environment, encouraging cross team development with the embedded SW team, Evaluation and the Applications departments.

    Responsibilities

    • Developing new test suites to expand the department’s automation capabilities
    • Supporting product development teams in utilising framework improvements in development of new automated tests
    • Supporting and maintaining existing test suites and test environments
    • Improving metrics used to measure test automation performance and identify areas of improvement
    • Improving the build and automation pipeline to increase performance and scalability

    • Developing and improving the test automation framework to support the departments continuous integration/deployment

     

    Qualifications

    For this role you will be expected to have:

     

    • You have a University degree (preferably in a science related subject or in engineering)
    • You have C# or other OOP language experience and a basic experience in applying technical standards
    • Strong object-oriented design/programming & software automation skills
    • Knowledge of Gherkin and Specflow is a benefit
    • You are using effciently your communication, teamwork, analysis and decision making skills and you are familiar with Agile methodologies.
    • You are fluent in English - speaking, reading, writing - Advanced Level
    • You are a strong team player who is able to work with enthusiasm in a collaborative environment.
    • You care about software; you have a passion for what you do which you can clearly convey by your actions and experiences. You have an eye for software design and can talk eloquently on a range of topics due to your experiences and also from reading and experimentation

    Desirable knowledge:

     

     

     

    Experience of Automated Test Frameworks and Tools
