    • This is an application-based support position in East Application team, report to East Application manager, covering all application based LC & LCMS support activities and events for East China region, i.e. Shanghai, and provinces of Zhejiang, Jiangsu, Anhui and Shandong. The main function can be described as 2 parts: pre-sales demo test in Waters lab and field support activities include application training and other support such as Method development, troubleshooting, etc. in customer site.
    • This position need work closely with other function team, such as sales/BD/MD/SC/Service and customer, supply sales and customer solid evidence to enhance their confidence to Waters technology


    1. Responsible for the Waters business in East China;
    2.  Provide application training and technical support to end users in the area of LC or LC/MS;
    3. Quite clear on Waters products and differentiations with the related technology from other vendors;
    4. Work closely with sales teams to achieve and exceed sales goals;
    5. Collaborate with other techinicalteams to ensure alignment and integration of market strategies and priorities;
    6. Efficient management of customer base through planned coverage and follow up of key accounts, user and prospects


    -Master or above degree in Analytical Chemistry, or some closely related majors; 

    -Background in analytical instrument or biochemistry product for the Biopharmaceutical,  pharmaceutical or life science industries. Prior laboratory experiences using HPLC/UPLC or MS are highly preferred; - Strong customer-orientation with ability in developing and fostering long term effective relationships  with key accounts and end users; - Ability to leverage on external and internal resources to resolve issues and meet customer needs; - Mature disposition, positive attitude and strong sense of commitment; - Good interpersonal, communication and presentation skill; - Proficient in English and Mandarin; - Adaptable to dynamic environment and about 50% travel.
