    We are looking for a skilled Sales and Marketing Coordinator to support our Regional Marketing Communications Manager .


    The workload will be a combination of projects coupled with execution of marketing campaigns, digital updates, event management and sales team support. We are looking for an ambitious, hard working, eager to learn, self-starting individual. This position will require phone skills and an aptitude for heightened attention to detail, as this position will be highly visible and will require the selected candidate to multi-task on a regular basis.





    • Good Computer skills in MS office; Word, excel, Power point
    • Interpersonal communication skill
    • College/University graduate
    • Good command of written and spoken English (preferred)
    • Major in Chemistry (preferred)







    The main responsibilities include but not limited to:       


    Inside Sales

    1. Inbound call handling (all sales, marketing except Service call)
    2. Bond issuance application (non PPS)
    3. Arranging delivery of sales/marketing materials (brochure, literature, etc) to customer upon sales rep’s request
    4. Sales related report
    5. Other Ad-hoc supports upon Sales manager’s request
    6. Dealer Commission & Payment management
    7. POG, Spec Sheet management


          1.Inbound call handling

          2.Quotation and order processing for all dealers / MRO

          3.Warranty claim and manage contract for all dealers

          4.Manage demo products and stock room


    Solution Marketing

    1. WES Coordination
    2. Lab management related supports

    HES Supports

    1. All HES related works support Others
