What can we offer?
A positive work environment
The Newcastle office is home to a small, experienced R&D team. We care about making good products. We care about understanding the science, and the user. We value team communication and collaboration. We work closely together and try to continuously improve. We support personal development in a way that makes sense to the individual.
The chance to really contribute and help change the world
The team in Newcastle is focussing on the biopharmaceutical domain; the products we're creating will help scientists all over the world to develop life-changing drugs. It's critical we understand the science, the domain, and the customer; working here you'll be a key member of the R&D team, helping us to understand and make the best possible products.
Big-company benefits; small team attitude
Waters is a large company providing good employee benefits, including a company pension scheme and a healthcare package.
