    Waters Corporation is currently seeking for a passionate Sales professional to join our team in Israel as an Account Manager.


    The Israeli team consist of 15 highly educated employees, working in a pleasant & supportive, yet challenging atmosphere.


    This Account Manager will support Waters to implement vital sales plans regarding Waters Liquid Chromatography (LC) & Laboratory Informatics business and to achieve assigned sales objectives. The incumbent will be given diverse work tasks for growing sales, new product introductions, pre & post sales activity as well as application support.


    The incumbent will establish account plans to ensure consistent and productive sales activity. This is a great chance for you to utilise your sales expertise and technical skills to plan how to efficiently and timely cover targeted accounts through direct contact with end users. The Account Managers will also be responsible for tracking account progress and using a combination of field visits, phone calls, emails, and faxes to grow sales. These activities will be entered into a marketing database and synchronized on a regular basis.




    Meet or exceed all sales targets for assigned accounts.

    • Develop and maintain a territory coverage plan allowing for timely coverage of key accounts. Account activities must be entered and tracked within CRM
    • Develop a working knowledge of Waters products, in particular LC & Informatics
    • Develop a working knowledge of competitive products and services.
    • Become proficient in all current sales, marketing, and administrative tools including computers and software.
    • Maintain a good working relationship with customers, suppliers, and other Waters personnel.
    • Communicate improvements, opportunities, new product ideas, competitive activities, and potential obstacles to their immediate supervisor and other members of Waters Israel team.
    • Present a professional and dignified image in all contact and communication with Waters personnel and customers.
    • Maintain professional integrity in all work related situations.
    • Continually take steps to develop and improve personal skills and knowledge beyond what is provided or required.




    Education and Work Skills:

    • MSc or preferably Ph.D degree in Chemistry or Biology
    • At least 3 years  high technical level of experience in HPLC/UPLC
    • Ideally good knowledge of Empower Software
    • Ability to convey ideas and convince people
    • A working knowledge of computers and Microsoft Office -is required.
    • Must be able to communicate clearly and effectively in English, both in spoken and written.

    Certificates, Licenses, Registrations:

    • A valid driver's license and a good driving record -are required.
