This is an individual contributor role that will be responsible for achieving high level of customer satisfaction primarily in the field of Waters solutions mainly in China region.
The incumbent will be responsible for inventory management, service contract sales and administration. This role requires approximately 70 % travel and must demonstrate a strong focus on customer satisfaction as well as excellent technical and troubleshooting skills. As a member of the Service organization, the incumbent will gain fruitful insights into this international service portfolio of a dynamic organization.
