  • Overview

    The Market Development team is primarily responsible for identifying and managing business opportunities for China. As an integral part of this team, the role of Food & Environmental Marketing Development Senior Manager is responsible for China Food & Environmental business development marketing strategies and activities including general marketing, marketing intelligence and leads generation etc. to support Operations Plan and China growth strategy.

    Responsibilities

    • Solicit and consolidate input from Food & Environment government and academics o provide in-depth market analysis and insight to the Division. Examples include: customer needs, current and new market opportunities, validation of market size, market trends, funding issues and trends, competitive intelligence, regional and local requirements.
    • Provide local guidance for positioning and identifying target customers, particularly for new product introductions or penetration of new market segments. Drive NPS through improvement in customer experience.
    • As key contact for high level government connection building and links to global management for aggressive business development activities to support China growth initiatives.
    • Provide market information, where required, to support the revenue planning, monthly forecast processes, and divisional quarterly reviews.
    • Provide leadership and guidance to implement improvement in go to market approaches , inclusive of new lead generation channels , improved customer support approaches plus platform capability demonstrations to the market place.
    • Coordinate the planning and execution of other marketing communications and promotional activities including online and print advertising, publications, webinars and collateral, product bundles, cross promotions, and trade-ins.

    Qualifications

     

    • Bachelor or PhD in Marketing or related majors
    • Minimum 12years Food and Envoronmental Mketing experience
    • Strategic mindest and ability to focus on detail while prioritizing multiple projects simultaneously
    • High accountability
    • Excellent interpersonal and communications skills; polish written skills in English
