Waters Research Center is the Hungarian research facility of the US-based Waters Corporation. WRC focuses on ambient ionization mass spectrometry, an important technology for the healthcare and industrial sectors. The research team builds and tests novel prototypes and supports multiple collaborations around the world. WRC is in the process of establishing the environment whereby selected research prototypes, including Software, will be developed into products. These products will be sold in small quantities to selected customers and “thought leaders” in order to further understand the technology potential to guide future opportunities and the strategic direction of the wider company in this technology space. This position is responsible to support the Product Development Manager to achieve the SW related objectives by management of the transition of the SW prototypes to commercial products.
