As a key member of the Global Markets Business Systems Support Group, this position will primarily be focused in supporting our existing information systems from a functional point of view.
In an international environment and part of our Banaglore based support structure he/she will be the principal interface between the end-users and the Corporate Business Technology group, and as such will have to provide direct support to end-users. Indeed in a group of 3 business support experts , the person will have to organize , structure and treat support tickets. Initial geographical scope will be America and Europe/india but this may extend to Asia going forward . Functional scope will be busines tools used by the Global Market team so the main platofrms to support will be our CRM Sales , CRM Service and Marketing solutions.
