  • Overview

    As a key member of the Global Markets Business Systems Support Group, this position will primarily be focused in supporting our existing information systems from a functional point of view.

     

    In an international environment and part of our Banaglore based support structure he/she will be the principal interface between the end-users and the Corporate Business Technology group, and as such will have to provide direct support to end-users. Indeed in a group of 3 business support experts , the person will have to organize , structure and treat  support tickets. Initial geographical scope will be America and Europe/india  but this may extend to Asia going forward . Functional scope will be busines tools used by the Global Market team so the main platofrms to support will be our CRM Sales , CRM Service and Marketing solutions.

    Responsibilities

    • Day-to-day first level of support for International users across the globe mainly around sales and service business systems. Tasks allocation within the team of 3 people may evolve to insure a robust and good quality of service but this will be including amongs other :
      • Service sales tools
      • Service enablement functionalities
      • Marketing
      • Customer Service related application
    • Participate in unit/integration testing during business system upgrades or implementation of new functionality or new business systems
    • Integrate / learn new functionalities as deployed in order to align our Bangalore based support capabilities to the latest platforms  

    Qualifications

    • Candidates must have BS or BA Degree as well as at least 2-3 years of experience in a professional business environment with diverse business systems - ideally the service space
    • Customer focus
    • Advanced problem solving with the ability to balance priority, speed and risk 
    • Effective communication 
    • Good level of autonomy
    • Risk assessment and software testing skills
    • SAP functional knowledge: Customer Service, CRM experience, Analysis for Office
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
    • Lotus Notes functional knowledge, preferred
    • SalesForce knowledge will be a plus
