    Waters Corporation is currently leading a search for a Technical Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our HR Team on a fixed term contract until December 2019.  The role will be based out of our Wilmslow, UK Headquarters.  You will work with the hiring manager and their team in achieving staffing objectives by recruiting and evaluating candidates.  Reporting to the Regional Talent Acquisition leader, you will drive results and impact the bottom-line by providing insight, creativity and innovative sourcing and recruiting techniques to fill those assigned positions.

    Responsibilities

    • Provide end to end recruiting for positions including sourcing, attracting, assessing and hiring active and passive candidates within our Global Products organization
    • Support approximately 30+ positions across multiple sites (Wilmslow UK, Brasov, Romania, Newcastle upon Tyne)
    • Partner with hiring manager to aid them in utilizing our applicant tracking system as well as full-cycle recruiting support.
    • Identify and implement sourcing strategies based upon the job position by creatively conducting research and/or utilizing a multitude of resources to assure a talent pipeline.
    • Acquire a thorough understanding of job responsibilities for required competencies, skills, and knowledge required of successful applicants.
    • Schedule and pre-screen candidates through phone interviews and present qualified candidates to hiring managers based on the provided job description and culture fit.
    • Utilize applicant tracking system to maintain candidate data and post job openings.
    • Ensure proper documentation meets compliance of the recruitment process.
    • Passionate advocate for candidate experience with a continuous improvement mindset.
    • Develop an ongoing and diverse pipeline using research, networking, etc. for prospective candidates.
    • Collaborate with the TA team to build effective sourcing and assessment strategies to achieve hiring results.
    • Provide expertise on the employment market, trends and innovative recruiting techniques to ensure Waters’ competitiveness in hiring.

    Qualifications

    • Prior experience recruiting for technical/engineering positions including software, mechanical, product engineering highly preferred.
    • Experienced, confident and proactive TA professional with excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills.
    • Experience in screening/interviewing candidates.
    • Ability to continually seek new sourcing options and develop creative approaches for sourcing and delivering candidates.
    • Successful track record of achieving targets such as deadlines and recruiting goals and other KPIs as defined.
    • Self-starter with an great work ethic and collaborative mentality.
    • Demonstrated ability to tell the company's story in a way that speaks to a job seeker's motivation, career goals, and interests.
