The Customer Support Service Representative will work as part of a South team selling service plans & spares to Waters customers. He or she will pro-actively renew service plans using SAP tools and associated databases, reviewing with field service managers or engineers, and by direct communication with the customer via telephone and email. He/she will be responsible for a team and individual goal for service plans and perform other duties as related to service.
