This role is Financial Planning & Analysis for Greater China (China Mainland, Taiwan and Hongkong), reporting to Greater China FP&A Manager. He / She will be responsible for budgeting, forecasting, closing, financial analysis, corporate reporting and business review preparation. To support management decision, the position will also work cross functionally across Sales, Marketing, Products and Commercial while driving operational target. He/She will have the exposure to GC top management team and will be part of a global organization and working in an international environment, practicing English and participating in regional and global meetings.Critical success factors for this role include the solid Corporate and BU FP&A skill, strong communication skill that to work cross functionally. Most ideal candidate is expected to not only follower but also the thinker, should be able to identify and highlight risks to manager.This role will be able to developed new finance and process set-up skills, to learn how a world-class organization operating in this regulations reforming circumstance.

In Clinical Diagnostics, Waters has leading LC-MS technologies, which are already used for many applications including therapeutic drug monitoring, newborn screening, and endocrinology. With the growth in precision medicine, it is an exciting time for LC-MS in clinical diagnostics! For 10+ years, PCR-NGS techniques have been widely used for clinical diagnostics. Clinicians now want a real-time understanding of disease states, requiring a more complete picture of proteins, metabolites and lipids. LC-MS based assays are crucial to provide this level of insight with their analytical specificity, sensitivity, and capacity to analyze simultaneously multiple analytes. Our vision is for Waters to lead the continued broad-based adoption of LC-MS. This will be accelerated by continued innovation including new ionization methods, improved ease of use, as well as novel applications in ‘omics’ research and anatomical pathology.  Reporting to Senior Director, Clinical Product Solutions, this position will join a passionate, agile team to develop innovative solutions to address high unmet needs and establish Waters as the leader in clinical LC-MS diagnostics markets. This position is based at Milford, USA or Shanghai, China.

This role will be responsible for treasury related process, including bank payment, cash report and forecast, issue bank guarantee and other ad hoc project. This position will also be assisting finance manager with treasury related internal control and act as key contact in the region.
