Reporting to General Manager of Japan, the Marketing Director is a purpose-driven and innovative leader that will translate a corporate marketing vision and strategy into an annual Marketing Plan for Japan with effective localization. This positionis responsible for managing Japan marketing group and ultimately enabling the sales organization to successfully position our solutions to the customers and to meet business goals. The right candidate will be an extremely well-balanced person with strategic marketing expertise as well as strong growth mindset. This includes the ability to build trusted relationships with cross-functional teams, manage diverse teams, and work with leaders across the APAC and JAPAN organizationto drive business growth.

As Field Service/Informatics Engineer, you are an ambassador of Waters and will be responsible for achieving high levels of customer satisfaction in the field of Waters equipment and services. The successful candidate will be responsible for installing and maintaining systems including liquid chromatography and Mass Spectrometry systems. The role will be field based with the engineer’s home location being Malaysia - preferance will be given for candidates based in Klang Valley. The role will demand interstate travel sometimes at short notice.
