Reporting to the GM of Waters Korea, we are seeking for a strong sales leader that sets a challenging growth agenda with the goal of delivering the budgeted orders, sales and contribution growth, as measured through the business unit toplines. He/she has full topline responsibility and is accountable for building the sales strategy, planning and directing the sales operations while collaborating with the local and corporate functions to translate overall sales strategy into plans for implementation for the sales in South Korea.
This role will be required to work as a finance partner to Regional General Manager. Also to build and maintain partnerships with Sales, Marketing and Operation team, accurately and timely report results, support to build realistic and data-driven forecasts, provide financial analytics and modeling to support business decisions. Critical success factors for this role include the ability to connect with business partners, and to identify and highlight insights that influence business decisions and processes.This role will be able to developed new finance and modeling skills, learn about comprehensive business model, and learn how a world-class organization operating in this regulations reforming circumstance.
